Image Management & Archiving
All images remain active on our web site for a minimum of two years for simplified reprinting and reordering. And any event can be reposted making any photo available anytime. We have redundant backup systems with all images duplicated in two locations in Washington DC and two locations in Fort Worth, Texas. Our image management system allows you to maximize the use and the value of your images. They will always be available at your fingertips in one central, organized location so you can use and reuse images as your needs change. You will have 24/7 access to your images for use in press releases, promotional material, advertising layouts, presenations, thank-you gifts to VIPs, website design or any other use that comes up. No more searching for photos you know you have, but just can't find. The backbone to many of our services is the identification of photographs and our ability to retrieve individual event photos by name. This data is archived as well so any identified print can be reordered at any time in the future. A nice ending
A long-time customer, who had attended events for various clients of ours over the last 15 years all over the country, lost their home and most of their possessions in Hurricane Katrina. As part of putting their life back together, they contacted us in hopes we "might" be able to locate the images and reprint some of the photographs we had taken. Fortunately, we were able to pull the images and photo-identification files from our archives and reprint all the photographs they requested dating back to 1993.
